Professor Dante Lauretta

Chief Science Advisor


Dante Lauretta brings decades of experience in unmanned space flight, and is a Professor at the University of Arizona. 

Professor Lauretta serves as the Principal Investigator for the OSIRIS-REx mission, managing the science program, mission cost, and development schedule.

He holds a Ph.D in Earth and Planetary Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Arizona. 


Michael Lyon

Chief Executive Officer

 Michael Lyon brings over thirty years of business development, fundraising, strategic counseling, and legal services experience. 

Mr. Lyon served as VP and General Counsel of Space Adventures and played a leading role in the $20 million flights of Dennis Tito and Mark Shuttleworth to the International Space Station. 

Mr. Lyon is an Associate in the Creative Destruction Lab Space Stream, working with developing space companies in this technology accelerator program.

He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude (1984), and a B.A. in History from Brandeis University.

Ian Zang -- Senior Game Designer


Ian works with XTRONAUT to create and develop great games. He has worked on games such as Rayguns and Rocketships, Ashes, AssassinCon, and Seafall, with many more to come! He is the lead designer on Xtronaut’s upcoming game Constellations.  

Benjamin Shulman -- Senior Graphic Designer


Ben is a game graphic designer and space science junkie. Along with his work with XTRONAUT, he has contributed his game design talents to Gamelyn Games’s Tiny Epic Series, Mayday Games, and Pencil First Games.  

Ashley Kenawell -- Graphic Designer


Ashley has a passion educational games and interactive storybooks, which has led her to be involved in indie game development on titles like Biota and Wandering Tales.  Ashley loves combining traditional drawing, digital painting, and 3D illustration to create engaging worlds and characters in all forms of media. She is currently using these illustration skills to help bring Xtronaut’s upcoming game Constellations to life.  

Guilhem Bedos -- Senior Graphic Designer


Professional graphic artist since 1998, I have worked in almost every field of the domain, from standard printing-publishing to video games, including webdesign and 3D. I am based in Europe, which makes my association with Xtronaut extra special. Working with Xtronaut is always a pleasure as I am very fond of space sciences since my childhood. It's like a dream come true.
